Yoga Nidra is the state of deep relaxation, meaning complete relaxation of body, mind and emotions.

Personal Yoga Nidra sessions are available online via Zoom, or in-person.
Sessions are personalised and designed so that you can work towards achieving your own goals, with tailored scripts, audios and practice, along with support between sessions.
Gain a deeper knowledge and discover a more effective experience.
2:1 is very similar to 1:1 but where 2 people can share a session and practice together.
Great for friends, couples, family members, etc.
Slightly less personalised but tailored as much as possible, it helps if both people have a similar goal.
Audios and scripts to suit. Plus support between sessions.
Yoga Nidra Classes
50 minute classes.
Suitable for both men and women (18+). All experience levels welcome.
This is a social way to practice regularly within a community of like-minded people.
Each class consists of the 30 minutes Yoga Nidra practice itself, along with educational / informational sections to grow your understanding of the practice, and enhance your experience over time.

Benefits include: reducing anxiety and depression; stress relief; improved sleep; pain relief; balancing of the hormonal system; boosts energy levels; improved clarity of thoughts; may help with a variety of health issues.
Contraindications: Yoga Nidra is not suitable for those with schizophrenia or very severe depression.
Small Group Courses
3-week Courses available at Starter, Intermediate and Progressed level. (It is advised that clients do the courses in order).
Sessions are over 3 consecutive weeks, and are 75 minutes long.
These are in-depth sessions consisting of informational sections, actual practice, Q&A.
Homework is provided to gain maximum benefits.
Audios and handouts are included, and also support between sessions.
These courses are ideal for those who are new to and want to start, or are looking to deepen their knowledge and understanding of Yoga Nidra, and enhance their personal experience.
