Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation is a safe and scientific method of meditating, with its no-nonsense (no guru, non-religious, no incense) style and basic technique.

Benefits include stress relief; improved sleep; pain relief; productivity and creativity; reduction of anxiety and depression; boosts energy levels; increases happiness; improves relationships; may help with headaches, IBS, menopause, and other health issues.

Contraindications show that meditation is not always suitable for those with unmedicated low blood pressure, epilepsy or psychosis, so it’s best to check with your medical professional first.

1:1 / 2:1 Meditation Course

This 3 week meditation course comprises of 3 x 40-minute sessions, 1 per week, either online via Zoom or in person.

You will learn to meditate using this basic technique, have discussions, and receive educational material.

There will be practice and activities to complete daily between sessions.

Support is provided throughout the course, to motivate and keep you accountable, and answer any questions.

Workshops

A 1-hour workshop comprises of an informative presentation, and the chance to learn and practice this meditation technique.

There will be a handout to take away, and an audio provided for future practice guidance.
