Yoga Breathing

Yoga Breathing is safe, simple and scientific-based. It can be done by anyone, anywhere.

Breathing happens naturally. But there are many breathing techniques we can use to change our bodies and the way we feel.

Benefits of using breathing exercises include: Improved digestion, sleep and focus, less stress, relaxation, and boosted energy levels.

Contraindications: Whilst yoga breath is safe for the majority of people, it is best to avoid coffee exercises if you are pregnant, have a hernia, or have lung conditions such as asthma, copd,

1:1 or 2:1 Yoga Breath Course

In this 4-week course you will learn the different exercises (coffee, water and whiskey), when and how to use them.

The course is comprised of 4 x 40-minute sessions (1 per week), either online via Zoom or in person.

Each session includes breathing exercises, discussions, and a mini educational talk (a different topic each week), giving you the knowledge you need to understand breathing and how we can use it.

There is (up to) 15 minutes daily homework. Support is provided throughout the course, to motivate and keep you accountable, and answer any questions.

As it is a 1:1 course it can be personalised to any specific goals you may have, so you can learn to use different exercises in different particular situations to get maximum benefits.

Yoga Breath Workshop

In this 1-hour workshop we go through an interactive presentation, providing you with information and education on breathing, and experience the different types of exercises and how to use them.

You will receive a handout to take away, and follow-up exercises to practice.

Free 7-day Yoga Breath Challenge

I run this free challenge twice a year to allow people to experience Yoga Breathing.

It runs via Whatsapp, over 7 days, 3 exercises per day, plus a few extra notes.
